Your key responsibilities

•    Drafting of eligibility assessments for Swiss visa classification and other immigration pathways, and application forms / documents for Manager/Attorney review
•    Preparation and review of case documents and applications for Manager review for filing with the appropriate government agency
•    Assist Managers/Seniors to troubleshoot issues and establish case strategy
•    Liaise with assignee and/or client on case progress
•    Docket immigration related documents to the case management tool
•    Ensure data privacy and accuracy
•    Receive and validate documents submitted by assignees as per the checklist
•    Assist in document review for various immigration case types
•    Proactively monitor the progression of cases to capture and action next steps
•    Contribute to ad hoc projects, including research, project management and data collection activities as required
•    Ensure on time delivery on all client deliverables
•    Deliver technically and administratively accurate work with minimal supervision and guidance and be accountable for your individual outcomes and their impact on the team
 
Skills and attributes for success

•    English and German language fluency (written and oral) required
•    Ability to formulate and prepare articulate and persuasive communications in German and English language, with editing, and proofreading skills required
•    Outstanding administrative and communication skills, mature business sense, and ability to perform in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment
•    Professional experience managing operational and client service deliverables advantageous
•    Immigration experience, legal exposure to criteria, and drafting and process requirements or Consular processes desirable
•    Working exposure to case management technology desirable
•    An understanding of legal or immigration frameworks with experience executing against criteria, process, and procedure preferable
•    Stakeholder relationship management skills
•    Ability to manage multiple and intercultural stakeholder relationships 
 
To qualify for the role, you must have

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, travel, tourism and hospitality, Commerce, Arts, Law, German Language and Literature/Communicative German/Mass Communication & Journalism or related fields.
MBA/Masters in relevant field is an advantage.
 
Ideally, you’ll also have

•    Any more foreign language skills are preferred
•    Basic MS office skills
