The opportunity
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, understands the business context behind financial data and is motivated to further develop their controlling and analytical skills. You should be comfortable preparing reports and analyses, collaborating with stakeholders and supporting financial planning, forecasting and reporting activities. The role offers the opportunity to broaden your controlling expertise and gain exposure to how financial insights support business planning and decision-making.
Your key responsibilities

Prepare regular financial reports and variance analyses.

Analyze financial results and explain variances versus plan and prior periods.

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and analyses upon request.

Cooperate with finance and business stakeholders to understand financial data and reporting requirements.

Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.

Support financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting data.

Support monthly and annual closing from a controlling perspective.

Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of reporting and controlling processes.
Skills and attributes for success

Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data in a business context.

Experience in controlling, reporting, FP&A, financial analysis or a similar finance role.

Proactive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.

Accuracy, reliability and a structured way of working.

Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with financial data, reporting tools and PowerPoint.

Fluent English and Hungarian language skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have

3–5 years of relevant experience in controlling, FP&A, reporting, audit or financial analysis.

Basic knowledge of IFRS or financial reporting standards.

Experience with reporting tools, dashboards or process improvement initiatives is an advantage.

- The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $XXX per hour. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
