The opportunity

We are looking for a candidate for the Facility and Administration Supervising Associate position for the workplace enablement services (WES) team of a dynamically developing, EY Global Delivery Services office in Budapest. If you are committed and engaged to work in facility management, combined with administration field, have leadership skills and enjoy helping to resolve problems, we have a perfect place for you. The role works within a fast-changing environment taking place to the various processes. This is an opportunity to broaden your experience with challenging your existing skills working within a large and multi country organization. 

Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to day maintenance of the office space and associated equipment. In this role you will be also coordinating administration projects, processes, policies and procedures. Additionally, maintains a safe and effective working environment. 

As a part of WES team you will be:

•    Assisting the WES Team manager in providing insights to the business

•    Developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and supervising the operations of facility maintenance and keeping the facility running efficiently
•    Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and visions  

•    Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks while monitoring employee effectiveness and providing constructive feedback and training team members

•    Overseeing and supervising subordinate employees
•    Managing vendors including facility ones 
•    Responsible for project management in administration and facility areas 
•    Event management and coordination of the corporate meetings and visits
•    Cooperating closely with other departments
•    Demonstrating strong customer services skills and building effective working relationships
•    Fixed asset management (incl. company mobile phones)

Skills and attributes for success

•    Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
•    5+ years of experience in facility and administration management
•    Company’s car fleet management will be also an advantage
•    Good presentation, leadership, problem – solving, analytical and listening skills
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills
•    Innovative thinking and open for change management opportunities 
•    Pro-active, detail-oriented and a creative mindset will be also an advantage
•    Very good spoken and written English
•    Ability to set priorities and good time management
