Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Account Coordinator, where you'll be the driving force behind ~15 key accounts, ensuring seamless operational support and strategic project coordination. Your role will be pivotal in shaping new business initiatives, optimizing sales funnels, and spearheading market analysis to unlock new opportunities. With your exceptional organizational skills, client service attitude, and proven experience in a fast-paced strategic environment, you'll play a crucial role in steering our business towards success.
Your key responsibilities
Your day-to-day activities will focus on the following areas, depending on the actual priorities:
- Be the heart of the key accounts, provide a very strong operative support to ~20 partners
- Coordinate the business case development of strategic projects; engage and align with stakeholders to ensure delivery of agreed steps, make sure follow up is executed by partners
- Prepare regular reports to manage lead funnel and provide visibility of large case opportunities, knowledge sharing
- Organizing meetings and preparing notes, action follow-ups
- Capturing and sharing best practices within the key accounts
- Set strategic agenda for account meetings and facilitate these meetings
- Execute regular reporting and performance tracking
- Proactively identifying potential challenges and areas for improvement
- Execute market analysis of early-stage strategic projects, including market research, competitor benchmarking
- Follow up calls with clients and targets after professional client events
- Participate in local business development initiatives
To qualify for the role, you have
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in English
- Structured thinking
- Hands-on mentality
- 3+ years of experience working in a consulting firm or similar field as an individual subject matter expert or an equivalent business development function
- Experience in engaging strategically with partners and Project Leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of active and successful stakeholder management
- Professional experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably strategy/business development/consulting
- Skilled at building relationships across all levels of the organization and navigating effectively across functions with credibility
- Self-starter and enjoy working independently and in teams; you display consideration and respect for others and put the team’s success ahead of your personal opinions
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel in particular).
