Our Team assists clients in successfully defining, implementing and sustaining their people agenda. We provide our clients with a set of integrated services and offerings, solving their most pertinent people & organization related business issues. Our core service offerings include change management, organization and workforce transformation, leadership & culture development, digitalization, diversity & inclusion, HR managed services support, etc. 

 

We assist our local and international clients to effectively transform their organization and enable their people to drive the business strategy and achieve the desired outcomes. We are looking for a team member with a few years of experience in either consulting or a relevant corporate role, who is able to deliver quality client service and insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities.  

 

Duties and responsibilities 

 

  • Contribution to local and international client projects 

  • Support the team in preparing materials, including proposals, project plans, presentations, other deliverables for clients 

  • Develop memos of client and internal project meetings, distributing actions, support project coordination 

  • Provide elements of analyses, reports including visualization of key content and results 

  • Participate in administrative tasks (e.g. document handling, database management) 

  • Monitor market trends and key business changes 

 

Requirements

 

  • University/college degree  

  • 0,5 - 2 years’ work experience in HR, consulting, project management or other relevant field 

  • Fluency and proficiency in English both written and oral 

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Word
