Senior Recruiter (Determined Period 6 Months)

The opportunity 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team on a fixed-term basis.

 In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the recruitment process through direct search, scheduling interviews, and conducting them. You will work closely with department managers to understand recruitment needs and provide constructive feedback on candidates.

Additionally, you will be responsible for completing and updating the candidate database, ensuring we have a valuable resource for future recruitment processes. If you are passionate about identifying talent and want to be part of a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.

To qualify for the role you must have

• 3+ years experience in Recruitment
• Experience of competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizing skills, having the ability to handle different projects efficiently
• Able to take the initiative and complete all assigned tasks within the required time period

Your key responsibilities

• Being a strategic advisor to the business to identify hiring requirements
• Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on-boarding for all EY’s service lines
• Maintaining a constant communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline and candidate status, trends and analysis of the employment market
• Developing and maintaining candidates’ recruitment database
• Constantly finding solutions for right candidate sourcing and approach
• Maintaining contact with agreed recruitment third parties
• Promoting EY as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activities
