Senior Planning & Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

The opportunity

The FP&A specialist for our in-house finance function which supports operational, strategic and financial decision making at senior management level. Will be the key interface between the finance function, other function leaders, service line leader and area reporting team. You will help the SLL’s, function leaders and area reporting team by providing insights into financial information and will support monthly control and planning processes to ensure effective management of the service line.

Your key Responsibilities:

We are looking for professionals who are well organized, great team players, critical thinkers and problem solving who are passionate about finance, business controlling, financial planning and analysis.

You will add value to business by addressing our priorities, including:

• Preparation of monthly end closing process, including variance analyses and dashboards
• Support the financial budgeting and forecasting process, both in preparation and submission
• Designing, developing and implementing effective controlling tools and procedures
• Running specific financial reports and ad hoc analysis

 To qualify for this role you must have

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in controlling and reporting
• Experience of driving improvement in FP&A processes and controls
• University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Financials and Accounting)
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office 
• Excellent problem solving, facilitation skills
• Proven ability to engage, manage and build relationships
• Fluent written and spoken English
