The opportunity

Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL is recruiting Senior Lawyers for its Legal Consultancy practice | Corporate, M&A.

Your key responsibilities

 As a member of our team, you will work in a collegial and dynamic environment and play an active role in developing innovative, commercially focused legal solutions, including:

• Providing comprehensive legal assistance in M&A transactions, as well as corporate and commercial matters, for the company’s clients;
• Working in a team and assuming an active role in knowledge and experience sharing;
• Closely collaborating with senior lawyers on complex legal and transactional matters;
• Collaborating with transaction assistance professionals and other business consulting professionals to implement multidisciplinary projects.

 Skills and attributes for success

• Solid legal knowledge and 3-5 years of professional experience in a top‑tier business law firm, with relevant experience in Corporate and M&A;
• Fluency in both Romanian and English;

Ideally you`ll also

• Possess  strong organizational and time‑management skills;
• Demonstrate a collaborative mindset, combined with a rigorous, detail‑oriented and solution‑driven approach to legal projects and client needs.
