Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL is recruiting Senior Lawyer for its Legal Consultancy practice | Corporate, M&A.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will work in a collegial and dynamic environment and play an active role in developing innovative, commercially focused legal solutions, including

• Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation (e.g. share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements and ancillary transaction documents)
• Conducting legal due diligence and drafting due diligence reports for M&A transactions
• Providing comprehensive, hands-on legal assistance in commercial matters, for the company's clients
• Working in a team and assuming an active role in knowledge and experience sharing
• Working closely within the team, including supporting and sharing knowledge and experience with junior lawyers on technical matters
• Collaborating closely with managers and partners on complex legal and transactional matters, under their guidance and supervision
• Collaborating with transaction assistance professionals and other business consulting professionals to implement multidisciplinary projects

Skills and attributes for success

• Solid legal knowledge and 5-7 years of professional experience in a top‑tier business law firm, with relevant hands-on, independent drafting experience in Corporate and M&A matters
• Fluency in both Romanian and English
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• A collaborative mindset, combined with a rigorous, detail‑oriented and solution‑driven approach to legal projects and client needs.
