Senior Lawyer - Commercial Law

The opportunity

Bancila, Diaconu & Asociații SPRL is actively recruiting senior lawyers for the M&A / Commercial / Real Estate practice.

Successful Skills and Abilities:

• Being senior lawyer (presence in the Bucharest Bar or another bar in Romania);
• 3-6 years of professional experience in commercial law and M&A within a law firm;
• Experience in Real Estate projects is a plus;
• Solid legal knowledge, analytical spirit, and effective experience in Civil Law and Corporate Law;
• Good command of the English language;
• Ability to work both individually and in a team;
• Flexibility, proactivity, interpersonal skills, and a desire for learning and development;
• Pragmatic approach, focus on the commercial needs of the client;
• Team spirit, focus on understanding the needs of clients and the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting activities in a pleasant and dynamic team, focusing on constructive approaches and identifying innovative solutions;
• Managing complex corporate, commercial, and real estate law projects;
• Managing projects regarding business transfers, mergers, and transactions;
• Drafting or reviewing contracts;
• Drafting or reviewing memoranda on various legal aspects;
• Conducting due diligence analyses.
