The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Financial Accounting Advisory team. In this role, you will support clients on technical accounting and financial reporting matters, analysing accounting treatments under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting requirements.
This position is ideal for a high-performing professional who has built a strong foundation in audit or financial reporting and is ready to take on increased responsibility, client exposure, and mentoring of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform technical accounting research and prepare well-structured analyses on clients’ transactions and operations in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, disclosures, and supporting documentation for clients.
- Support managers and senior team members on complex accounting engagements and client deliverables.
- Act as a key contributor to the team by guiding and coaching junior staff and supporting their day-to-day development.
- Participate in client meetings and help respond to technical accounting queries in a clear and practical manner.
- Support business development activities, including contributing to proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Skills and attributes for success
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in audit, financial reporting, accounting advisory, or methodology.
- Good working knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical standards into practical solutions.
- Ability to contribute to proposals and other business development efforts.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- ACCA qualification (or progress toward ACCA) is required.
