Senior Consultant Finance Transformation (French Speaking)

The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to support Finance Transformation projects, helping clients improve how finance operates, reports and delivers value. You will work across finance processes, operating models, reporting, and digital finance initiatives, contributing to both analysis and delivery.

Working closely with French speaking clients and stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving collaboration and project execution. This role is suited for a structured and analytical professional who wants to grow at the intersection of finance, technology and transformation.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to the design and delivery of Finance Transformation projects by:

• Analyzing current-state finance processes, identifying pain points and assessing opportunities for simplification, standardization and efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to the design of future-state finance processes, governance models and service delivery structures, developing practical recommendations that enhance finance performance, controls, reporting and operational effectiveness.
• Preparing key project deliverables, including process documentation/mapping, assessments, business cases, transformation roadmaps and executive presentations.
• Supporting implementation activities and helping ensure the successful adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working.
• Monitoring project risks, dependencies and action plans, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams through workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate findings, build alignment and support successful project delivery. 

Skills and attributes for success

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience supporting finance transformation or process improvement initiatives within consulting or SSC/GBS environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of core finance processes, ideally with exposure to at least two areas such as transactional finance (R2R, P2P, O2C), FP&A, Controlling or Management/Financial reporting.
• Experience preparing presentations, process documentation, reports, dashboards, executive summaries or transformation materials.
• Strong track record of successful project delivery and client management in complex and global environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across different functions, geographies and seniority levels, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Visio, draw.io or other process mapping tools is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are considered an advantage.

Ideally you`ll also:

• Demonstrate interest in digital finance topics such as ERP platforms, reporting tools, automation, analytics, process mining, Generative AI or Agentic AI is considered a plus

• Possess exceptional communication, presentation, and people skills.
