What will you do?

As a Risk & Regulatory Compliance Consultant, you won’t just analyze risks and ensure compliance - you’ll work closely with banks and financial institutions to understand, improve, and optimize their risk and regulatory compliance processes and practices. Leveraging best practices from a global network of industry experts, you’ll help clients enhance their risk frameworks, governance structures, and strategic decision-making.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 1-5+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or supervisory institutions, specializing in risk management or regulatory compliance.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more areas:

• • • Credit, operational, market, or liquidity risk
    • CRR / CRD requirements
    • ICAAP / ILAAP frameworks
    • Recovery & resolution planning
    • Governance
    • Financial & non-financial institution licensing regulations

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomic and financial markets trends.
• Ability to work independently and navigate complex regulatory topics.
• A passion for learning and growing within the financial services sector.
• Excellent communication and team player skills.
• Fluent written & spoken English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• CFA, FRM, or other relevant qualification is a plus.
