What will you do here?

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering people advisory projects (mostly in performance, reward and talent management, organizational and HR effectiveness, change management and communication) for our external clients. In practical terms:

• You will be involved in end – to – end project delivery: work with our clients to explore and understand their business & challenges; develop pragmatic solutions & provide support during their implementation; oversee delivery status & budget;
• You will have an active role in team development: coach your junior colleagues, advise your peers when needed.

We might match if:

• Your education is in a relevant domain for HR - might be HR Management, Business Management, Sociology, Psychology, but not only;
• You have up to 5 or 6 years of experience in working in complex, dynamic environments; big plus if you have worked in HR consulting or professional advisory services;
• You have genuinely experienced the “hard HR” areas, like compensation & benefits, performance management, HR processes, organizational design, and you are passionate about exploring them further on;
• You find a challenge in project-based work and excellence in client service;
• You can show a balanced mix between analytical (number crunching, research, documentation) and interpersonal (empathy, communication, flexibility).
