We are seeking to expand our team with a Manager who will work across a range of sectors.

As a Manager, you will begin taking responsibility for developing the recommendations that will ultimately be implemented by our clients, whilst also learning how to contribute to and grow EY-Parthenon’s business through internal practice building and contributing to new business development.

Your key responsibilities

•             Identify and analyze client’s business issues.

•             Be an active contact for our clients, responsible for developing work plans, designing, and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions

•             Manage other team members.

•             Perform market, industries and companies’ dynamics research using a variety of sources (e.g. analyst reports, market research reports, news articles, internal sources).

•             Execute various analyses (e.g. customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis, avenues for growth, operating model design) to support recommendations.

•             Design and execute in-depth interviewswith key organizational stakeholders, industry experts and customers.

•             Analyze business plans and pro-forma financial and operating models to help identify key assumptions and drivers.

Skills and attributes for success

•             Bachelor`s degree in Economics or Business

•             7+ years of relevant work experience

•             Excellent knowledge of English in a professional environment

•             Advanced user level in MS Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project

•             Experience in business consulting, operations or a quantitative type of research and analytics function

•             Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities

•             Excellent problem solving orientation, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills

•             Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.

•             Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary

•             Experience in performing commercial due diligence
