The opportunity

 

You will play a key role in mitigating cybersecurity risks for our diverse set of clients. This position requires strong IT technical and compliance expertise, a solid understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, as well as project management and communication skills 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Lead teams in delivering complex projects such as:
    • External or internal IT audit / compliance engagements
    • Cybersecurity maturity assessments
    • Due diligence related to mergers & acqusitions
    • Implementation of technical and organisational measures to reduce cybersecurity risk
  • Combine subject-matter expertise with strategic aspects: advise boards and executive teams on their cybersecurity strategy and its implementation (e.g., prepare roadmaps, monitor portfolio of cybersecurity projects)
  • Nurture relationships with clients, other EY service lines and regulators
  • Contribute to the development of EY’s services and market position

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Passion for technology
  • Proficiency in compliance regulations/standards related to cybersecurity, such as NIS2, DORA, NIST CSF, ISO27001
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in one or several of the following domains:
    • Operational Resilience
    • IT Risk Management
    • IT Governance
    • Third-Party Risk Management
    • Data protection and privacy
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field;
  • Professional certifications related to cybersecurity or privacy matters, such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIPM, CIPP
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
  • Proficiency in English

 

Ideally you`ll also

 

  • Have previous experience in IT audit, general consulting (e,g. Big 4, strategy houses), niche cybersecurity consulting or similar department within large organizations
  • Have working knowledge of German or French
