The opportunity:
Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL is recruiting for the legal consultancy practice a Lawyer | Labor and Employment Law.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years professional experience in a business law firm, with relevant experience in labor and employment law;
- ability to work both individually and as part of a team;
- fluent in both written and spoken English;
- excellent organization skills and technology oriented;
- flexible, proactive, with interpersonal skills and eager to learn and develop.
Fresh law school graduates with little or no previous professional experience are also welcome to submit their applications.
Your responsibilities will also include:
As a member of our team, you will manage your tasks in a collegial and dynamic environment, you will be involved in developing innovative solutions, provide consultancy services in the field of employment law and have an active role in all stages of employment law projects.
- drafting employment-related documentation (individual employment contracts, collective labour agreements, internal regulations, termination documentation, etc.);
- conducting human resources due diligence analyses and providing advice on employee transfers;
- restructuring projects, collective dismissal processes, collective negotiations, disciplinary investigations.
