Junior Market Research Analyst

The opportunity

Join our Brand, Marketing & Communication department as a Knowledge Management Specialist within our Bucharest office. You’ll work as part of high-performing team on a broad range of clients and assignments that will stretch and challenge you. You’ll be encouraged and expected to take accountability and make an impact.

Your key responsibilities

• Collecting data and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations;
• Understanding business objectives and designing surveys;
• Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it;
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating team members on progress;
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders;
• Build strong internal relationships within EY and with other services across the organization.

• Strong writing an analytical skills;
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking;

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Proven market research analysis experience would pe a plus;
• BS degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field.

• Excellent, proven communication skills both oral and in writing, in English and Romanian;
• Excellent abilities Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc);
