We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
The Opportunity
As Junior Business Analyst, you’ll:
- Team Up and Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders to gather insights and document what the business needs, making sure everyone’s on the same wavelength.
- Dig Deep and Innovate: Dive into business processes to spot opportunities for improvement and fresh ideas that can shake things up.
- Support the Build: Help create functional specs and tech docs that guide our dev teams in crafting awesome solutions.
- Test It Out: Get involved in user acceptance testing (UAT) to make sure the final product hits the mark and delivers real value.
- Document the Journey: Keep track of project details with specific documentation like process flows, use cases, and user stories that showcase our work.
- Bridge the Gap: Be the go-to person connecting business and tech teams, keeping the lines of communication open and flowing.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in business analysis and tech, bringing fresh ideas and energy to the team.
Your key responsibilities
- Be involved in client assessment and process understanding workshops, focusing on understanding and documenting requirements (i.e. process diagrams, user stories, Solution Design Document, Data Model, etc.)
- Be responsible for the process documentation quality and timely completion
- Support the successful completion of the testing period according to UAT plan
- Keep in touch with both the project and client teams to ensure a seamless project delivery and smooth handover
- Assist the Project Management Team with delivery tasks, like researching the latest tech trends, creating presentations, and more
- Have a good understanding of the technologies in focus

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related role (internships and academic projects are acceptable)
- Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Previous process mapping and redesign experience (nice to have)
- Previous exposure to software implementation projects/ initiatives (nice to have)
- Excellent English communication skills. French will be a plus, but not mandatory.
