The opportunity
This role offers exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding. You will work on a diverse range of positions and continuously develop your recruitment and talent attraction skills.
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate-facing roles.
- Experience or interest in conducting candidate interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
- Exposure to volume hiring, candidate sourcing or talent attraction activities is considered a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and organized approach to work.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring all recruitment and onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer preparation, onboarding documentation and recruitment system updates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment reports and talent pipelines.
- Support hiring managers with regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status.
- Source and engage candidates through direct search, referrals, networking and online platforms, including niche talent for specialized roles.
- Collaborate with external recruitment partners when required.
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
- Promote EY as an employer of choice while delivering a positive candidate experience.
