Your key responsibilities

Communicates with relevant stakeholders and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.

Drive strategic meeting agendas, manage follow-up actions

Creates, manages, and controls documents, templates, meeting minutes, reports, plans

Supports Director in his/her internal commitments, related to internal and external commitments.

Maintains and analyzes various reports utilized by management for operational use and for the planning/budget process

Assists on special projects with minimal supervision and usually with short turnaround times.

To qualify for the role, you must have

University Graduate
-
PMO/ Executive/Personal Assistant background
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop presentations and whitepapers and to influence and work with partners, leaders, and peers

Experience working with a high degree of ambiguity and driving clarity in key areas
-
Experience partnering effectively with global, geographically dispersed, or ad-hoc teams
-
Experience in business, project management.
