Corporate Finance Consultant (M&A)

Role

As a Corporate Finance Consultant, you will be part of the Corporate Finance team and take part in in both M&A and Capital and Debt Advisory projects (i.e. financing in various structures from bilateral to syndicated facilities, capital raising) from establishing client relationship, throughout the process, up to successful closing. As part of the project team you will be involved in preparing necessary documentation (i.e Teaser, Information Memorandum, VDR management, Investors and Financiers lists, pitches) and in discussions with the client, will take part in executing the project and be in charge of various execution tasks.

The opportunity

 Your key responsibilities

• Provide support during the project preparation stage (research, data collection, PowerPoint presentations and other necessary materials)
• Research and monitoring relevant external publications in relation to M&A deals, financing transactions and market trends
• Understand client needs and organizational structure
• Contribute and offer alternative solutions throughout the project
• Follow up with the manager the project conclusions
• Request supervisor feedback (Senior / Manager / Partner / Director) on project performance and actively address issues identified to be improved
• Work on various projects within service lines and/or sub-service lines
• Verify and standardize company and sector data in order to  facilitate peer analysis, enterprise valuation and financial forecast (e.g. graphs, tables, budget, business plan, macroeconomic and descriptive data etc.)

What do we expect from you?

• 1-2 years in financial analysis within in a financial services firm
• University degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient IT skills (especially Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Strong motivation, dedication and enthusiasm
• Self-motivated, positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and desire to exceed expectations
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality
