As a consultant in our People and Change team, you will:


  • Help our client solve their most complex people related organizational, compliance, and behavioral challenges
  • Support transformations, transactions, and integrated mobile talent issues to make our clients successful on their journey
  • Help HR, fostering their role contributing towards the business strategy, and the strategic deployment of talent
  • Devise the optimal approach to operational transformations & change management within a specific client context
  • Build client capabilities in operational transformations and change management, through design and delivery of training programs, on-the-job coaching, and set-up of appropriate continuous improvement structures
  • Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EY’s expertise in this domain.


What are we looking for?


  • Professional experience (between 2 – 6 years), either in Program/Project management, consulting, and/or in the Financial sector
  • Knowledge of HR or Change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR)
  • Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in French/Dutch
  • Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
  • Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
  • Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent through experience
