As our ServiceNow Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager you will be joining our team of specialists to deliver a range of projects for our Tier-1 clients within the Technology Consulting domain.
- Implementing GRC/HRSD/NCM for Tier-1 clients
- Managing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions

What we’re looking for
Here is our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your passion, strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.
- As a Senior Consultant - you will have at least 2-4 years of experience of development, specialising in ServiceNow platforms.
- As a Manager - you will have at least 6+ years of experience of development with some leadership experience (i.e., managing a small to medium sized team of developers/engineers)
- As a Senior Manager – you will have at least 10+ years industry experience, experience in leading larger teams, strategy and business development, experience in finance and budgeting
- Understanding of ServiceNow Workspace configurations such as business rules, client scripts, workspaces etc.
- Good understanding of the knowledge/content features of the platform
- Familiar with JavaScript, CSS, Jelly, JSON, Angular, XHTML and XML
- Experience with database design schemas and data modelling
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC
- Strong problem-solving, debugging and testing skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies
- ServiceNow Implementation certification in GRC/HRSD/CSM/VRM/Service Mapping/Discovery(mandatory)

- CTA or CMA certification
- Experience in architecture

The minimum salary for this role is AUD $120,000 inclusive of superannuation and dependent on skills and experience.
