Senior Consultant, Technology Strategy & Transformation
The opportunity:
As our Senior Consultant, Technology Strategy & Transformation, you will support clients across the energy and resources sector, including mining, utilities, manufacturing and energy organisations. Working as a strategic transformation partner, you will help clients define and deliver their business and technology objectives through innovative, practical and sustainable solutions. This a hyrbid role ideally based in Brisbane, though we are also open to candidates in Sydney or Melbourne.
Your Key Responsabilities
- Develop and implement technology strategies and operating models aligned with clients’ business objectives.
- Lead the design and execution of transformation initiatives that drive innovation, operational efficiency and business value.
- Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder engagement, workshops and interviews.
- Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and strategic recommendations.
- Create and refine enterprise, business and systems architectures, with consideration of the current and future impact of AI on organisations, processes and technology landscapes.
- Support organisational design, process improvement and business process mapping activities.
- Enhance IT service management practices and service delivery outcomes using recognised frameworks and leading practices.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and approaches to improve insights, accelerate outcomes and support transformation delivery.
Skills and attributes for success
- Demonstrated experience supporting technology strategy, technology transformation or technology advisory engagements.
- Strong understanding of technology operating models, enterprise technology environments and business transformation.
- Experience working with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
- Knowledge of IT service management practices and frameworks such as ITIL.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical, client-focused solutions.

- Exposure to consulting or advisory environments supporting business and technology transformation.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of organisational design, business architecture or process architecture practices.
- A highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
- A results-oriented and commercially customer-focused mindset.
