What’s in it for you?
Our Brisbane REAPM team is expanding, offering plenty of opportunities to collaborate with a highly experienced team and gain exposure across various industry sectors within the EY Strategy and Transactions network. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their real estate career or with a few years of experience, who is either working towards or has recently achieved valuation registration.
- Help with property valuations, development projects, and specialised assets.
- Assist with financial and feasibility modelling for different projects and transactions.
- Be involved in major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including business cases and development advisory.
- Provide due diligence for clients buying or selling real estate assets.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis, and contribute to thought leadership papers.
- Work on innovative housing models like Build to Rent, Specialist Disability Accommodation, and Affordable Housing.
- Explore and use new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
- Support Project Managers in delivering complex business cases, buildings, and precincts.
What We're Looking For:

- 1-4 years of experience in real estate or a related field.
- Working towards professional accreditation such as CPV of the API or RICS, CFA, CPA, or ACA, or recently qualified.
- Understanding of valuation processes in both private and government sectors.
- Basic knowledge of property valuation principles, value drivers, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills.
- Good report writing and presentation skills.
