As part of our Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy team you will work across a variety of deals to enhance your skills and help clients discover financial, strategic, and operational solutions that enhance liquidity, credit access, and returns for stakeholders. Additionally, as a member of a multi-disciplinary, global team you will gain valuable experience across industries and geographies.
You will also:
- Collaborate with the team on formal insolvency tasks, including voluntary administrations, receiverships, and liquidations, as well as on restructuring/turnaround advisory and creditor advisory assignments, such as investigating accountant and pre-lending reviews.
- Have the opportunity to work with other teams within Strategy and Transactions, like Transaction Diligence, Valuations and Business Modelling, Infrastructure Advisory, Real Estate Advisory, Debt Advisory, and Mergers & Acquisitions, to deliver optimal solutions for our clients as required.
What we’re looking for

- Have completed a degree in commerce or law or equivalent.
- Experience in restructuring, insolvency, or accounting - whether full-time or part-time - is advantageous
- Completion of, or readiness to pursue, the CA qualification (or an equivalent certification), including any necessary bridging courses is expected.
- Demonstrated strong communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset, along with a dedication to client service are essential.
