As an EY Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process to fill vacancies throughout the company. The role of a recruiter at EY is diverse and requires the right enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach. Teamwork is also important to us, so we are not looking for an individualist, but somebody we can have a laugh with during meetings and share our expertise and enthusiasm for collaborating with people. Your key responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility for the entire recruitment process for open positions, from creating advertisements to communicating offers to candidates
• Collaborating with managers of individual service lines to identify and understand their needs
• Organizing and conducting selection interviews with candidates
• Maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
• Sourcing candidates from various available channels
• Participating in the organization of various recruiting events, including workshops for students
• Representing EY at university days and job fairs
• Collaborating on improving recruitment processes
• Actively working with our internal systems and participating in the preparation of reports

Skills and attributes for success:

• Completed university education
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in the same or similar position within an HR agency or internal HR department
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Strong client orientation
• Ability and willingness to continuously learn and grow
• Active English
• PC literacy (MS Office, MS Excel – advanced level)
