- Hands-on development and configuration of applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Establishing best practices, standards, and security guidelines for Power Platform solutions.
- Cooperating with the IT department and Microsoft administrators on environment management and governance models.
- Managing smaller projects (time, scope, quality, customer communication).
- Supporting sales and presales activities (demonstrations, estimations, solution presentations).
Skills and attributes for success
- At least 5 years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions.
- Knowledge of Power Platform integrations with M365, SharePoint, Azure, or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- Experience in team management or project leadership.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical topics into business-friendly language.
