Learning and Development Coordinator
Job description
We are currently looking for a new member to join our Talent Team who will manage the learning and development agenda for our colleagues in Slovakia. We’re not looking for a lone wolf, but a team player who can share a laugh during meetings and exchange her/his know-how with us.

Place of work: Bratislava
Your key responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate training sessions and educational workshops across various domains, such as professional, soft-skill, technical, counseling or onboarding training
- Ensure that our colleagues complete all mandatory training and professional certifications, and assist them in selecting appropriate training based on their individual or group needs
- Manage the training budget in cooperation with HR Business Partners
- Prepare the printing and distribution of learning materials, arrange catering, and improve our learning maps as needed
- Manage all training in our internal SAP-based SuccessFactors system
- Conduct extensive reporting to professional organizations, such as SKDP, SKAU, UDVA or SAK, plus internal and Regional/Global L&D teams
- Participate in both Regional and Global projects to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in education
Skills and attributes for success:
- Completed university education
- At least two to three years’ work experience in a similar learning and development role
- Conceptual thinking and the ability to see the big picture
- Independence and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability and willingness to continuously learn and progress
- Attention to detail
- Active English
- PC literacy (MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel)
