We are looking for a Junior Consultant for Microsoft Power Platform, to strengthen our rapidly expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow, learn from senior colleagues and participate in digital transformation projects for interesting clients.

Your key responsibilities

As a Junior Power Platform Consultant, you will be involved in projects that change the way companies operate. Your work will be varied and will combine both technical and consulting aspects in the following tasks:

• Analyze clients’ business needs and identify processes suitable for digitization or automation. You will also assess the feasibility of requirements, estimate the complexity of solutions, and propose optimal approaches.
• Develop and implement solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI).
• Participate in the entire solution lifecycle, from design and development to deployment at the client’s site.
• Integrate new applications with existing systems. You will learn how to connect applications built on the Power Platform with other technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, or SQL databases) to ensure smooth data flow and reliable communication between systems.
• Provide support and develop existing solutions based on user needs. After deploying solutions, you will oversee their smooth operation, resolve any incidents, and implement improvements or new functionalities in alignment with user requirements.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants, developers and architects while communicating directly with clients.

Skills and attributes for success 

• • Education: A university degree at bachelor’s or master’s level, ideally in the field of computer science, information systems, electrical engineering, or a related technical discipline (technical education is an advantage, but not a requirement if you have relevant experience).
  • Practical experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in process-automation, digital transformation, or application development. Experience in using Microsoft Power Platform or other BPM/RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Nintex, Appian) is a big advantage.
  • Technical skills: Basics of programming or scripting (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Python, VBA, or another language) are welcome. Familiarity with databases, web technologies and system integrations is a plus. We expect knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) products and general technical literacy.
  • Language skills: We require an active command of written and spoken English, as you will communicate with international clients and read technical documentation in English. We also consider knowledge of other languages an advantage.
  • Other: A B driver’s license is a plus (for occasional business trips within Slovakia). We expect willingness to travel, as required by projects.
