We are looking for a new teammate to join our consulting team.
Do you enjoy working with data and want to see how your solutions directly influence decision-making in large companies? Do you already have 1–2 years of experience in data engineering, understand the fundamentals, and want to grow into an expert in modern cloud technologies?
We are looking for a Junior/Medior Data Engineer to join our growing team—someone eager to learn from experienced architects and contribute to innovative projects for clients in Slovakia and abroad. We help companies build modern data platforms and turn data into real business value—and you will play a key role in this process.
Your key responsibilities

- Design and Development: Build and maintain data pipelines, and design robust, scalable data models.
- Modern Technology Stack: Work with leading cloud-based technologies, with a strong focus on Databricks and dbt as part of our current delivery.
- Data Quality & Integrity: Develop efficient SQL logic for transformations and validations, implement data quality frameworks, and ensure proper documentation of solutions.
- Client Collaboration: Translate business needs into effective and sustainable technical solutions through close collaboration with clients.
- CI/CD Enablement: Apply Git and CI/CD best practices to ensure high-quality and reliable delivery.
- End-to-End Delivery: Contribute across the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to development and deployment.
Skills and Attributes for Success- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data engineering (either in a professional setting or through complex projects).
- Education: University degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Practical experience or strong theoretical understanding of Databricks (or similar data platforms) and dbt
- Basic Python for data processing and automation
- Experience with Git and version control
- Languages: Proficiency in English to collaborate in an international environment
