The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• • Design and Development: Build and maintain data pipelines, and design robust, scalable data models.
  • Modern Technology Stack: Work with leading cloud-based technologies, with a strong focus on Databricks and dbt as part of our current delivery.
  • Data Quality & Integrity: Develop efficient SQL logic for transformations and validations, implement data quality frameworks, and ensure proper documentation of solutions.
  • Client Collaboration: Translate business needs into effective and sustainable technical solutions through close collaboration with clients.
  • CI/CD Enablement: Apply Git and CI/CD best practices to ensure high-quality and reliable delivery.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Contribute across the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to development and deployment.
   
  Skills and Attributes for Success

   

  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data engineering (either in a professional setting or through complex projects).
  • Education: University degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of SQL
    • Practical experience or strong theoretical understanding of Databricks (or similar data platforms) and dbt
    • Basic Python for data processing and automation
    • Experience with Git and version control
  • Languages: Proficiency in English to collaborate in an international environment
