What you will do

 

The job tasks in our team are various. We help potential investors find out if there are any hidden problems or future risks in the company they intend to buy. Our role is to identify and assess the financial situation of the company through an in-depth analysis of fiscal and business information and to warn the client of potential risks associated with the transaction. We will prepare a pre-investment due diligence for the client, which will be the basis for negotiating the purchase price.

 

But our work doesn't just stop on the buyer side – when the company is sold, we come to help clients set up the transaction documentation.

Data processing, financial analysis and reporting, working in Excel and preparing the final report are our daily work routines.

 

Skills and prerequisites for success

•A university degree in economics, mathematics or engineering,

•Knowledge of basic concepts in finance and accounting,

•Fluency in English and Slovak,

•Advanced knowledge of Excel,

•Analytical, logical and critical thinking,

•The ability to be passionate about a cause and the willingness to permanently learn something new, and

•Attention to detail and precision.

 

The following is an advantage but not a prerequisite:

 

•Previous experience in consulting or auditing, and

•Previous experience with Alteryx, Power BI

The salary is 1550 €/ month (gross). Depending on previous experience, the final salary may be higher.

 

Place of work is Bratislava, Slovakia.

 

Start date: ASAP/upon agreement
