We are seeking a Junior Consultant for Microsoft Power Platform & AI to join our dynamically growing team — someone who wants to grow, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute to innovative digital transformation projects for interesting clients. We combine the Power Platform with Microsoft’s latest AI technologies (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry) to help companies boost productivity and automate processes more effectively.

And a bonus you won’t want to miss: You’ll be learning Power Platform directly in a team led by Jakub Bajla — the only Microsoft MVP in this field in Slovakia.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

You’ll design and deliver solutions that leverage the full Microsoft ecosystem — from simple SharePoint‑based apps, to complex business solutions on Dataverse, all the way to intelligent AI agents.

Your work will include: • building applications, automating processes, and visualizing data using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI,
• using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio to create AI assistants that help users in their daily work,
• connecting solutions with technologies like SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure services, or SQL databases,
• collaborating with developers to integrate advanced AI solutions through Azure AI Foundry when clients need robust, scalable, tailor‑made AI services,
• participating in the entire solution lifecycle — from requirements analysis, through design and development, to deployment and client support.

Skills and attributes for success 

    • • Education: Do you have a university degree in IT/tech or relevant experience? Or are you simply someone who can pick up technology quickly?
      • Practical experience: At least 1 year of experience with process automation, digitalization, or app creation? Or are you a tech enthusiast who has already built something? A big plus: Power Platform / UiPath / other BPM/RPA tools — knowing these puts you ahead.
      • Technical skills: Basic programming or scripting (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Python, VBA). Knowledge of databases, web technologies, and system integrations is an advantage. You should also be comfortable working with Microsoft 365.
      • Interest in AI: A basic understanding of generative AI, chatbots, or modern AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) is a plus.
      • Language: English — you’ll use it daily.

    This position is ideal if you want to grow from a junior into a true expert in Power Platform and AI solutions. You won’t stay at the basics — over time you’ll get to advanced topics like solution architecture design, governance and security, integrating AI into enterprise applications, or DevOps/ALM practices.
