We are a dynamic team focused on M&A, corporate finance and strategy, seeking talented individuals to fill the Intern position. If you are a recent graduate or a fourth or fifth-year university student with an interest in finance and strategy consulting, this role is ideal for you!

Your key responsibilities  

As an Intern you will have a unique opportunity to engage in various aspects of our projects, including:

• Industry research: conducting in-depth analysis of industries and market trends to understand the dynamics and opportunities for our clients

• Company financial analysis: evaluating company financial statements and performance to identify strengths and weaknesses

• Financial modeling: creating and analyzing financial models to assess potential investments and business strategies

• Meetings with investors and bankers: collaborating with investors, bankers and CFOs to negotiate and optimize transaction terms

• Corporate strategy support: assisting in formulation and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business objectives

• Optimization and value creation: identifying opportunities to enhance performance and create greater value for our clients

Skills and attributes for success  

• Fourth to fifth year full-time economics university student
• Basic knowledge of finance
• Analytical and logical thinking 

• Fluent in English and Slovak
• Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel – advanced level)
