We are looking for a kindred spirit to join our team and share with us the enthusiasm and drive to continuously improve HR processes, while contributing their own innovative ideas

 

Your key responsibilities :

  • Prepare employment documentation (employment start/change/termination)
  • Process data in our internal HR system
  • Prepare HR reports
  • Prepare inputs for payroll
  • Assist in managing our internal leave system
  • Assist in administering our employee benefit program
  • Coordinate internal and external training activities
  • Participate throughout the entire process of recruiting new employees, and support our employer branding initiatives
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks

 

Starting salary from €1200/ month depending on qualifications and relevant experience. The position is offered on a part-time basis, with a shcedule of 30 hours per week.

  • Qualifications:
    • University education
    • Previous work experience as an HR intern/HR specialist/HR generalist is an asset
    • Conceptual thinking, ability to see the big picture
    • Independent, with the ability to prioritize
    • Client orientation
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proactive approach, ability/willingness to learn quickly
    • Detail-oriented
    • Active command of English
    • PC literacy (MS Office, MS Excel – advanced level)
