Your key responsibilities

Support and assist our Finance department in the following areas:

• Accounting for selected supplier invoices and travel expenses
• Assisting in the preparation and closing of annual accounts, financial statements and notes
• Preparing accounts receivable and payable to be reconciled in accordance with the Slovak Act on Accounting
• Maintaining and filing documentation, including electronic archiving
• Performing other activities as required by the team

Skills and attributes for success

• Full-time university student
• Required work experience in administration is considered an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting is considered an advantage
• Willingness to learn
• Attention to detail
• Time flexibility, especially during the summer months (July–October)
• Sense of responsibility
