Your key responsibilities
• Being involved in the preparation of initiatives aimed at building and developing the EY employer brand
• Co-organizing workshops for students and other recruitment initiatives
• Preparing content for social networks, the career website and recruitment campaigns
• Collaborating on the development of creative concepts and visuals together with the marketing team or external partners
• Representing EY at job fairs, university days, networking and student events
• Participating in building and developing relationships with selected universities in Slovakia
• Being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions
• Collaborating with managers to understand their needs and define suitable candidate profiles
• Organizing and conducting interviews with candidates
• Sourcing both active and passive candidates through available channels
• Working with internal HR systems and maintaining up-to-date data
Skills and attributes for success
• Completed university education
• Ideally two years of experience in the same or a similar position
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Strong client orientation
• Ability and willingness to continuously learn and grow
• Active command of English
• Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel – advanced level)
