We operate regionally with a focus on the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Region and collaborate with EY teams globally to establish a strong presence in Slovakia, where we see great room for growth.

Your key responsibilities  

Understanding client needs and data analysis:
· Collect, analyze and interpret business data to identify client needs

· Research business trends and the competitive environment to identify potential risks and opportunities

· Analyze the performance and effectiveness of all aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, customer support, financial and operational processes, as well as acquisition activities

· Prepare documents to develop recommendations that support the client’s strategic and transformational initiatives

Developing and supporting the implementation of strategic recommendations:

· Contribute to reports and presentations based on findings from analysis, market trends, internal data and best practices

· Prepare creative and innovative solutions from the most complex business challenges

· Identify and apply innovative technology solutions to launch new products, enter new markets or reach new customer segments

· Collaborate on the design and implementation of new workflows to enhance process efficiency

· Develop concepts, pilots, POCs, MVPs, implementation plans and business cases for changes, overseeing their execution in operational settings

· Actively participate in meetings, workshops and client discussions, documenting and coordinating agreed-upon activities

· Monitor solutions and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of agreed deliverables

· Solicit feedback from clients and adapt proposed solutions based on evolving requirements or changes in business strategy

Collaboration with internal teams:

· Work closely with specialist EY teams around the world to ensure maximum business impact, as well as integration of proposed solutions and their compliance

· Participate in cross-functional projects to deliver innovative solutions for clients’ most complex challenges and opportunities

Skills and attributes for success  

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and findings to various stakeholders

· Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, contributing to common goals and supporting colleagues in achieving project outcomes

· Active interest in the business environment and industry trends, together with a willingness to learn new skills and approaches

· Creativity, drive and energy to develop solutions for companies’ most complex business challenges

· Advanced knowledge of English is required; knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage

· Basic understanding of modern technologies and software applications that support business processes and data analysis

· Ability to analyze complex data

· Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment

· Knowledge of analytical tools and data processing and visualization software is considered an advantage
