HR Analyst, People Advisory Services (Rewards - Compensation) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1736159), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Boston, MA. 

 

Assist clients with the design, implementation, communication, and monitoring of their compensation plans, programs delivery and systems. Oversee compensation elements such as base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, executive-level retirement, deferred compensation, and fringe benefit plans. Provide compensation administration and delivery which includes job family architecture, salary or job bands, salary structure, job evaluation, and career frameworks/skills, and well as supporting compensation as part of an HR systems implementation. Work on multiple reward projects delivering quality client service and providing flexible and innovative reward solutions. 
 
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

 

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources or related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources or related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.   
  
Must have 4 years of experience in compensation consulting at a multinational accounting, professional services and/or consulting firm.  
   
Must have 4 years of experience participating in multiple broad based, sales and/or executive compensation engagements for a diverse client base in any of the following: normal business operations, transformational and/or transaction setting. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience providing competitive market data, design, administration and delivery, and quantitative and qualitative analyses regarding compensation. 
 
Must have 2 years of experience managing a team of junior professionals. 
 
Must hold at least one of the following certifications/accreditations: Certified Compensation Professional designation (CCP) from the American Payroll Association (APA) and/or WorldatWork; Certified Equity Professional (CEP) from the Certified Equity Professional Institute; Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) from WorldatWork; Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans; Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) from WorldatWork; Certification from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA); US Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Law or Taxation; US PhD in Accounting or Law. 
  
Requires domestic travel up to 10% to serve client needs.
