Role Description: Student Experience Consultant (Senior Associate)
Reporting to: UK TSS Compliance and Student Experience Manager
Location: Birmingham
Working as part of EY's UK Talent Shared Services (UK TSS) centre, the student experience senior associate will be responsible for supporting the Student Experience (SE) Team from the perspective of professional qualifications.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastoc opportunity to work as part of UK TSS SE Team who support the administration of EY's professional qualifcations and compliance management for EY student and apprentices.
As a Student Experience (SE) Senior Associate your primary purpose is to assist and support the SE Associates to transact and administer professional qualifcaitons for all UK&O students enrolled on a professional qualification. You will build and maintain relationships with the wider Talent Student Managment and Delivery (SMD) Team as well as other internal and external teams.
Your Key responsibilites

- Supervision, coaching and counselling of team members responsible for the day to day administration of the qualifcation to increase coordinators knowledge, skills and competence.
- Give day to day support and delivery of the specific professional qualifcation transactions including course administration through the whole qualifications life cycle and through a rance of qualifcaitons.
- Utilise your programme, knowledge working alongside the SMD team to liaise with the other internal buisness teams, tuition providers and institutes.
- Support the development and maintenace of the process documents to reflect best practice.
- Support with access arrangement and guidance to students, liaising with internal teams, institutes and tuitions providers.
- Database management inclusive of preparation to facilitate future intakes.
- Act as a team escalation point for the queries regarding qualifications while continuing to develop knowledge and resources available.
- Supervise ongoing data integrity managment of the professional qualification database ensuring the team have taken all appropriate acitons regarding housekeeping and audit checkes to maintain data accurary.
- Support any ongoing developments and projects relating to qualifications, liasing with interested parties and escalate issues with external vendores whrere necessary.
- Support the sessions being delivered by the institutes to our student population.
- Support the invoice and billing process relating to the professional qualifcation costs, liaising with appropriate contacts both internally and externally.
- Collating and actioning Quality improvement .
- Counsellor responsibilities for SE Team Associates.
Skills and attributes for success

- Manage string relationships with key stakeholders ont the day to day running of professional qualification programmes both internally and externally. You will be the main point of contact for the day to day activites and communications with the buisiiness and students.
- Able to work under pressure to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects. Demonstrate flexibility to delivering project tasks.
- Identify risks and manage/escalate as appropriate.
- Respond to manage and resolve all isues raised by the Senior Managers within TSS and other senior stakeholders to recommend solutions, identify risks and manage/escalte as appropriate.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and vision and identify opportunities for the process improvement.
- Consult and collaborate to build robust relationship across all UK TSS Service Teams, HR Services and Regional stakeholders, to ensure best practice shared.
To qualify for the role you must have

- Proven history of working qualifcaiton administration/.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skilss with the ability to forge string working relationship with UK Talent Shared Services (UK TSS) and internal/exrernal teams.
- A good attention to details with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to deliver to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships adapting to change, flexing style and approach.
- An enthusiastic, can-do approach
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.
Ideally, you'll also have

- Extensive knowledge of the qualifications offered at EY.
- Experience of working within a shared services centre environment.
- Experience of working with professional qualifications and/or apprenticeship administration.
