Job Title: Wellbeing Coordinator – GDS India 

 

Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior Associate to join our Wellbeing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing key operational elements of our employee wellbeing program across GDS. You will play a critical role in promoting a culture of health, resilience, and inclusion by delivering initiatives that support the physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing of our diverse workforce.

 

As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to execute operational implementation, deployment of strategic wellbeing initiatives aligned with business goals and employee needs. You will assist with program logistics, communications, measurement, and reporting while ensuring high levels of engagement and participation.

 

 

Essential Functions of the Job:

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to plan and execute wellness session calendars, including scheduling, logistics, and approvals.
  • Manage communication, including invites, mailers, Yammer posts, and reminders, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Oversee logistics for onsite engagements, such as room bookings, material approvals, security coordination, and announcements.
  • Track participation, maintain subscriber lists, and handle wellness-related queries.

 

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

 

  • Strong operational, organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks like scheduling, logistics, and approvals.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for reviewing content, managing approvals, and ensuring smooth execution of events.

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preference will be given to those with HR Specialization

 

Experience:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR or related field at a coordinator or administrative level
  • Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs
  • Working in international and diverse environments
