Requirements
We are looking to hire a Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in LemonEdge to support our engagement as a system implementation partner on the client’s LemonEdge journey.
The consultant will act as a subject matter expert, driving platform configuration, guiding solution design, and enabling internal capability building through structured training.
This role offers the unique opportunity to help establish best practices, drive standardization, and contribute to the evolving culture of Product at LemonEdge. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for managing and delivering innovative solutions to the clients. Therefore, you must be flexible, adaptable and passionate about innovation. You will be responsible for liaising and managing key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that the solutions are delivered successfully.
Role Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of LemonEdge platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements for new product features or enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Strong ability in analysing data and tracing it within LemonEdge.
- Participate in migration of data from/to LemonEdge.
- Provide guidance on:
- Data models and data flows
- System integrations (upstream/downstream systems)
- Automation and process optimization opportunities
- Conduct structured training sessions on LemonEdge platform
- Develop training materials, user guides, and best practices documentation
- Act as a go-to SME for ongoing functional and configuration queries
- Enable internal team to become self-sufficient in managing and enhancing the platform
- Domain experience: knowledge and experience working in accounting and / or across alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate or hedge funds.
- Exposure to programming languages a plus.
- Experience with vendor applications; Geneva, Investran, eFront, Allvue beneficial
Essential
- Relevant degree e.g. Finance, Accounting or Engineering/Information Technology-related
- 5-7 years of experience with at least 3 years in financial services
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., DevOps, Confluence).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in cross-functional teams.
- Clear and effective communication: able to collaborate effectively - both written and verbally - across different teams and geographical locations in a remote working environment
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, user story development, and creating functional specifications
- Strong command of Excel and data manipulation
- Excellent client facing skills
