The opportunity

You will be responsible to develop large and complex data architecture, composed of models, policies, rules or standards that govern which data is collected and how it is stored, arranged, integrated and put to use in data systems, including the design, build and management of data infrastructure to address business requirements

You will be responsible Create sound project plans with the business by engaging with multidisciplinary teams, and by identifying, managing and mitigating risk

You will be responsible to develop relationships across the business to understand data requirements, applies deep technical knowledge of data management to solve business problems in areas where solutions may not currently exist, necessitating new solutions / ways of working / technologies and proactively articulating these to the business

The SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) resource will be responsible for providing application maintenance support, ensuring the smooth operation of SAP SD systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to optimize warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide solutions within the SAP SD framework.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements in SAP SD.
• Conduct testing and validation of changes to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Document processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Validate queue monitoring and IDOC related issues.
• Analyze and implement minor enhancements and change requests.
• Align ticket and issue status to engagement counterpart.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SAP SD, including configuration and support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM).
• Certification in SAP SD is an advantage.
