Job Title: Manager – AI/ML
Experience: 7–12 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead AI/ML and Generative AI consulting engagements, drive enterprise AI transformation programs, and manage end-to-end delivery of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership, stakeholder management, business development, and solution strategy capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI strategy, assessment, and transformation engagements for enterprise clients across multiple industries.
- Define AI vision, adoption roadmaps, governance frameworks, and operating models aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML and Generative AI programs, from discovery and use-case identification through implementation and value realization.
- Provide leadership in designing scalable AI architectures including machine learning platforms, GenAI ecosystems, AI Agents, and enterprise knowledge solutions.
- Drive AI modernization initiatives involving analytics transformation, intelligent automation, copilots, and domain-specific AI applications.
- Manage delivery teams comprising data scientists, ML engineers, AI engineers, architects, and developers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership by presenting AI strategies, business cases, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Ensure solution quality, governance compliance, risk management, and successful program execution.
- Support business development activities including proposal creation, solution estimation, client presentations, and AI capability demonstrations.
- Mentor team members and establish best practices across AI engineering, MLOps, Responsible AI, and solution delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, analytics, and digital transformation programs.
- Proven experience leading large-scale AI/ML transformation initiatives and enterprise AI/ML solution deployments.
- Strong expertise in:
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI Agent frameworks and autonomous workflows
- Data Science, Advanced Analytics, and Predictive Modeling
- Cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google Cloud AI
- MLOps, AI governance, and production AI operations
- Demonstrated experience in AI strategy, assessment methodologies, and transformation planning.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and delivering multiple concurrent engagements.
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI, model governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Strong experience in estimation, solutioning, account growth, and practice development initiatives.
Good to Have
- Advanced certifications in AI, Data Science, Cloud AI, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot technologies, and enterprise GenAI platforms.
- Exposure to industry-specific AI transformation programs
- Thought leadership through whitepapers, accelerators, reusable assets, AI frameworks, or innovation initiatives.
