Tech Consulting is hiring MS Dynamics 365 Tech Lead/Architect

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions on the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform. You’ll be a technical leader, architecting solutions that scale business processes, data integrity and operational efficiency through automation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, considering business needs, industry best practices and future scalability.
• Develop and implement DevOps pipelines to automate the build, test and deploy of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, guiding them on best practices, coding standards and solution architecture.
• Develop integration strategies and design solutions to connect D365 CE with internal systems, third-party applications and external data sources.
• Design the D365 CE data model, including entities, attributes and relationships for optimal performance, data integrity and consistency.
• Define security models and access control strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant security and data privacy regulations.
• Have deep understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Operations.

Qualifications:

• BE/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, with at least 5 years of experience as an Architect.
• Experience leading the complete lifecycle of at least 5-7 Dynamics 365 CE projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, SDKs).
• Experience in data migration strategies, data modeling, data integration.
• Proficient in customizing and configuring D365 CE using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience with various CRM/XRM versions, including the latest releases.
• Experience with web technologies like HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET programming using C# (MVC, Web API), database concepts, object-oriented analysis and design under SDLC environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle change requests through ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience in implementing DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365 solutions.
