• The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the Client Growth Programme (CGP). This role involves designing and overseeing the technical architecture of the CGP ecosystem, ensuring it aligns with the organisation's strategic goals. The Solution Architect will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, selecting appropriate technologies, and ensuring the system is secure, compliant, and scalable.

• The Solution Architect will collaborate closely with the Domain Architect and various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT professionals, and development teams, to understand business needs and ensure the CGP ecosystem meets organisational objectives. They will also work with security and compliance teams to safeguard data and ensure regulatory adherence, as well as with end-users to facilitate smooth system adoption.

• The Client Growth Programme (CGP) is a crucial strategic initiative, designed to future-proof the firm. It aims to enhance client data management and promote more personalised, growth-driven working methods and mindsets, that must be integrated into our behaviours, values, and culture to reflect / increase our market presence and set us apart from competitors.

• A Solution Architect (reporting into the Domain Architect) is crucial for the CGP implementation because they will design and oversee the technical architecture, ensuring it aligns with the organisation's strategic goals. Part of the role is to operationally support a successful implementation (such as server provisioning, account provisioning, integration configuration, SSO configuration etc). They will gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, develop a comprehensive system design, and select appropriate technologies. By planning integrations and ensuring security and compliance, they facilitate seamless connectivity and data protection. They provide technical oversight, solve challenges, and create detailed documentation for future reference. Additionally, they oversee testing and validation to ensure the system functions correctly and support the transition to ensure smooth user adoption. Their role ensures the CGP implementation is technically sound, scalable, and effective.

1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the CGP ecosystem.

2. System Design: Develop a comprehensive architecture plan that outlines how the CGP ecosystem will be structured, including integrations with existing systems and data flows.

3. Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools that will best support the CGP ecosystem implementation and future scalability.

4. Integration Planning: Design integration strategies to ensure seamless connectivity between the CGP ecosystem and other enterprise systems, such as ERP or marketing platforms.

5. Security and Compliance: Ensure that the CGP ecosystem adheres to security standards and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary safeguards to protect sensitive data.

6. Technical Oversight: Provide guidance to the development team during the implementation process, ensuring that the system is built according to the architectural plan and meets quality standards.

7. Problem Solving: Address any technical challenges or issues that arise during the implementation, providing solutions to keep the project on track.

8. Documentation: Create detailed documentation of the CGP ecosystem architecture and any customisations or integrations, ensuring that there is a clear reference for future maintenance and upgrades.

9. Testing and Validation: Oversee testing processes to validate that the CGP ecosystem functions as intended and meets the business requirements.

10. Post-Implementation Support: Assist in the transition to the new system, providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth adoption by users.
