Job Title: GDS PRIME and Pricing Associate Manager

Primary Objectives:

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented GDS PRIME and Pricing Associate Manager to manage the operational support of the PRIME system and ensure compliance with PRIME reporting requirements. This role will involve close collaboration with the Global Pricing Lead, Commercial Architects, and Pricing Architects on various engagements, while also assisting with day-to-day pursuit activities to deliver end-to-end pricing support for pursuit teams.

The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills and bring creativity, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

PRIME Responsibilities

• Monitor, respond to, and escalate requests received via prime@ey.com.
• Provide user access and support, including training and documentation updates on SharePoint.
• Maintain PRIME data for existing Service Categories (SCs), including:
  • Annual roll-over change programs.
  • Ad-hoc and in-year changes.
  • Enhancements to pricing costing modules.
• Oversee workflow in PRIME by monitoring country responses, and escalating issues when necessary.
• PRIME Operations Processes: Maintain all Processes required to be carried out by the PRIME Operations team to have streamlined operational deployment of PRIME
• SharePoint Training Content and Documentation Updates and Refresh: Update training/documentation modules as features or services are added or removed from PRIME
• Program Management Assets Updates and Refresh: Create and Maintain the leverageable Assets to support the enhancement of PRIME i.e.: reporting, review tools, business enablers
• Manage UAT process for PRIME deployment, ensuring timely feedback and comprehensive documentation of findings.
• Extract relevant data from PRIME to prepare reports for ongoing stakeholder requirements.
• Ensuring Change and Communications are aligned to ensure PRIME strategic priorities are monitored and cascaded effectively.

Pricing Responsibilities:

• Prepare deal commercials in response to client RFP requirements.
• Perform scenario analysis for pricing, costing, discounting, and synergy outcomes based on inputs from the Commercial Architect.
• Consolidate country-specific responses for services not covered by the pricing tool.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the EY network to ensure timely, high-quality client service delivery.
• Drive optimization and continuous improvement of the pricing process.
• Maintain the proposal database to track outcomes for benchmarking purposes.
• Ensure the pricing tool and associated data remain accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, and solid commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
• Advanced Excel expertise and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• 7–10 years of experience in pricing (preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commerce or business management.
• Skilled in Power BI and SharePoint.
• Strong data analytics capabilities with experience in financial modelling.
• Effective team player with project, program, and people management skills.
• Familiarity with EY GCR/Tax business is a plus.
