The Learning coordinator / Management Information System (MIS) executive - GDS Tax Competency Development team is an important role within our organization, aimed at fostering the growth and enhancement of technical and technology competencies. This dynamic position involves the implementation and tracking of learning initiatives that cater to the specific needs of our technical teams, while aligning with our global learning strategies. Working closely with the Technical Learning Specialist / Consultant (Team Leader/Assistant Manager/ Manager) - GDS Tax Competency Development and business teams, the Learning co-ordinator / Management Information System (MIS) executive is an essential contributor to executing and tracking targeted learning solutions that bridge the competency gaps.
The opportunity
The individual will be instrumental in the operational administration of technical learning, while maintaining the standards of learning governance. The Learning co-ordinator / Management Information System (MIS) executive will leverage data analytics and automation tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, identify learning needs, and support the development of innovative learning solutions.
Your key responsibilities
- Partner with the business to enable timely training registrations with SuccessFactors
- Prepare training registration templates and other learning forms for upload on SuccessFactors
- Assign/Amend e-learnings to target audience via SuccessFactors
- Close learning request tickets in a timely manner
- Follow up with stake holders to get any missing information for learning templates
- Prepare reports based on SuccessFactors (daily, monthly and ad-hoc) as required
- Develop and work with detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and adjusts as necessary to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure all learning documentation is maintained accurately and is accessible to relevant team members and stakeholders.
- Collect data to capture key learning metrics from various sources such as Learning Management System (LMS), surveys, and performance records.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into learning trends, completion rates, and learner feedback.
- Collaborate with data analytics experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training data.

To qualify for the role you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with global exposure; with a 2-year minimum experience in Data analytics
What we look for:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI) and statistical analysis methods.
- Experience with automation tools and software to enhance data processes.
- Strong understanding of learning management systems (Learning Management System (LMS)) and e-learning technologies.
