[Accounts Payable Centre Of Excellence caters to the end to end payable solution for its clients. Critical activity in the process is to ensure Accurate and Timely processing of Invoices. As Invoice processor, you will get to understand the end to end process of payables of major clients with businesses across multiple geographies]

The opportunity

[As invoice processing analyst you will get deep understanding of payables process, get to learn controls and compliance checks and work on best in class ERP platforms.]

Your key responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Invoice processing, payments, and related activities
• Adhere to the Local statutory requirements and guidelines to ensure there are no errors in invoice processing
• Adhere to defined processes and timelines on reports and schedules.
• Update dashboard to demonstrate progress of activities and status quo of multi country engagements
• Provide timely and comprehensive answers to clients’ queries.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in accounting; shared service Accounts Payable(AP)
• Experience in process change/Transition.
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes, accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP)

To qualify for the role you must have

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS office packages
• Experience in ERP systems: SAP/MSNAV/MS Dynamic/Yardi

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Working knowledge of Query Management tools and OCR platforms
• Basic understanding of reporting , dashboards and KPI metrics
